Govt says extends list of projects financed from rainy day fund

MOSCOW, Jun 19 (PRIME) -- The Russian government has extended the list of large projects with state participation that can be financed from the National Wealth Fund, the country's rainy day fund, the government said in a statement on Friday.

"The list of large projects with state participation that are financed from the National Wealth Fund and in the framework of federal target programs was extended by 15 new items. This order was signed by Chairman of the government Mikhail Mishustin," the government said.

The new list includes construction of icebreakers, repairs of the Caspian and the Novorossiysk–Kerch highways and construction of the Utrenniy terminal for liquefied natural gas (LNG).
